Judy has been helping to make home ownership dreams come true since 1997. She is the Real Estate Team's Consulting Partner. All the Real Estate Team members are Realtors (members of the National Assocation of Realtors). She specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers, unique needs clients and clients who like to receive a lot of information to make informed choices. She spends the majority of her time face to face with clients, providing them with a number of options so they can make informed decisions. She keeps them in the driver's seat throughout the home-buying or home-selling process. She has working relationships with a number of experts and calls on them for special needs and situations. She is a good listener and works with a team of people who also respect and honor the client's wishes. This is a team of talented Realtors with a host of connections to others in the housing business.

Dawn Skogsberg
Dawn is jokingly referred to as "Queen of the Computer" since she spends most of her time behind the scenes to make sure the whole home buying process moves along smoothly. She is the Real Estate Team's Marketing and Technology Partner and has worked in real estate since 1998. She handles many of the paperwork details as well as most of the communication by e-mail. She is the one who organizes the class and is the primary contact in registering for that class. She believes that buying a home should be a joyful experience and has worked hard (along with the rest of the Real Estate Team) to provide outstanding service.
